I interviewed Ms. Shay for an hour on my radio show, “The Story Behind The Story”, on Rense Radio Network, Tuesday evening [092909]. You should go to the show’s archives and listen to this interview.

Off the air, Shay declared that she would not disclose publicly or privately who APF’s parent company is – and such questions would not be responded to “on the air”. Why is this? What do they have to hide on this most important question. In my research, I have found that DynCorp is the parent corporation of “American Police Force” (APF) according to a DynCorp employee in California who would only speak “off the record”. http://www.dyn-intl.com/policemissions/police-missions-home.aspx

During the radio interview with Ms. Shay, during the commercial breaks, it became clear that Mr. Hilton was on the extension line – coaching Shay. Something is most definitely wrong with this entire situation!! It has been my experience that when a company hires a “media person” – it is because they do not wish to be fully transparent.

FYI – here is what I have uncovered.

1. APF (American Police Force) has a “virtual office” in Washington D.C. physically located at 1701 Pennsylvania Avenue. This “office” consists of one large “board room”. Other ties to this “office” appear to be ACORN, DynCorp, and Blackwater. Something is very fishy here!

2. As its name implies, APF is NOT interested in staffing and manning empty prisons. This is not their business model. They are all about supplying and training PRIVATE POLICE FORCES on American soil. What concerns me, is these same Serbian/Albanian mercenaries (aka “private police”) were used as trained “hit squads” to disrupt and overthrow the legitimate police forces in Kosovo and Serbia back in 1999. These “masked thugs” caused massive civil unrest by plundering, raping and shooting the Albanian majority population. This, of course, led to the massive loss of life and eventual civil war in Bosnia. What in the hell are these people doing cozying up to the Obama administration?? APF has announced they plan to construct a similar “training facility” near Hardin Montana. Heaven help us!

3. Wikipedia has this to say about DynCorp:
According to whistleblower Ben Johnston, a former aircraft mechanic who worked for the company in Bosnia, Dyncorp employees and supervisors engaged in sex with 12 to 15 year old children, and sold them to each other as slaves. Ben Johnston ended up fired, forcing him into protective custody. According to Johnston, none of the girls were from Bosnia itself, but were imported by Dyncorp from Russia, Romania and other places.
On June 2, 2000, members of the 48th Military Police Detachment conducted a sting on the DynCorp hangar at Comanche Base Camp, one of two U.S. bases in Bosnia, and all DynCorp personnel were detained for questioning. CID spent several weeks working the investigation and the results appear to support Johnston’s allegations. For example, according to DynCorp employee Kevin Werner’s sworn statement to CID, “during my last six months I have come to know a man we call ‘Debeli,’ which is Bosnian for fat boy. He is the operator of a nightclub by the name of Harley’s that offers prostitution. Women are sold hourly, nightly or permanently.”

Johnston is not the only DynCorp employee to blow the whistle and sue the billion-dollar government contractor. Kathryn Bolkovac, a U.N. International Police Force monitor hired by the U.S. company on another U.N.-related contract, has filed a lawsuit in Great Britain against DynCorp for wrongful termination. DynCorp had a $15 million contract to hire and train police officers for duty in Bosnia at the time she reported such officers were paying for prostitutes and participating in sex-trafficking. Many of these were forced to resign under suspicion of illegal activity, but none have been prosecuted, as they also enjoy immunity from prosecution in Bosnia.

DynCorp has admitted it fired five employees for similar illegal activities prior to Johnston’s charges.[20] In the summer of 2005, the United States Defense department drafted a proposal to prohibit defense contractor involvement in human trafficking for forced prostitution and labor. Several defense contractors, among others Dyncorp, stalled the establishment of a final proposal that would formally prohibit defense contractor involvement in these activities.[21]

[ed note: WHY is it we live in a world where we have to ASK our government to prohibit corporations from conducting RAPE and SEX SLAVE TRADE operations? isnt this something already prohibited by law? is no one paying attention to these criminal activities and filing charges with US attorneys? if not, WHY NOT?]

4. The LOGO of APF (see http://www.americanpolicegroup.com/) is the infamous “two-headed Phoenix Bird” – an ancient occultic symbol that represents global empire and power. This same symbol was adopted by International Freemasonry and Grand Dragon Albert Pike as their ultimate representation of occultic power [Scottish Rite]. According to Shay, in her interview on the show — she says this symbol is from the company’s roots in Bosnia. HMMMM!

5. Obama has often mentioned in his public speeches that America should immediately procure a “well-funded security force” in America. WHAT FOR? Isn’t Homeland Security, FEMA, I.C.E., and the National Guard doing enough? According to the Canadian Free Press, “American Police Force” is providing this “well-funded” force to Obama. It would appear that the little town of Hardin Montana has sold its very soul to the devil himself. How tragic that this can happen in America!!
