CPI was bought out by Wackenhut corrections. Wackenhut corrections was bought in 2002 by G4S, then sold to itself in 2003 and changed its name to GEO Group.
In 2007 SCP was bought by Securitas.
In late 2007 GSL (a justice services company) was bought by G4S.
Progard Securitas was bought by G4S in 2008

When you refer to SCP International are you referring to this company? www.scpinternational.com
Because after visiting Derick Wynes (the site designer's website)I found out that SCP stands for sustainable consumer products. But I don't think I'm on the right track here so more information concerning SCp International would be helpful.
